  • What's the free tier, specifically? Vague "free trial" language is a red flag — look for exact numbers: sessions per day, minutes per session, any cooldown between sessions.
  • What does the company itself say about ethical use? A vendor whose own terms of service are silent on this, or that lean entirely into "cheat detection bypass" as the primary pitch, is worth more scrutiny than one that's explicit about the intended use case being live support, not fabricated expertise.
  • Does the vendor make specific, checkable claims — or vague ones? "100% undetectable" with no explanation of the mechanism is a claim you can't verify. "Uses Windows' SetWindowDisplayAffinity API to exclude the window from screen-share capture, Windows 10 2004+ only" is a claim you can go verify yourself, which is a meaningfully different level of trustworthiness.
