During the call

It listens, so you can actually think

Notes build up as people talk. When someone asks you something, you get a nudge. If you drift, one click catches you up.

Notes that write themselves

When the meeting ends you get structured notes: a TL;DR, the decisions, action items with owners, the things you said you would do, open questions and a glossary. Ask for "notes so far" any time mid-meeting.

Meeting notes · final

Knows when you’re asked

If someone asks you something by name, an alert appears on your overlay with the question. On Full assist it also flags deadlines you agree to and explains acronyms as they come up.

Catch me up, draft my update

Zoned out for a minute? "Catch me up" gives you what you missed that needs your attention. "Draft my update" writes your standup line from your own work notes. Or type any question and get an answer that knows this meeting.

Who said what

Voices on the call are separated into speakers, and InterviewPilot matches voices so the labels stay put even when the audio stream reconnects. Name each speaker once and the transcript and notes use that name.

Agenda that ticks itself off

Paste an agenda or a whole calendar invite at setup. Items are pulled out and ticked off as the conversation covers them, and you can still tick them yourself.

  • Speaks from your notesJot down what you shipped, what’s blocked and what’s next. Drafts about your own work come only from those notes, never made up, and you can edit them mid-meeting.
  • Your own notepadKeep your own notes next to the generated ones. They are saved with the meeting and used when drafting follow-ups.
  • Same invisible overlayMeetings run on the same overlay as interviews. Windows keeps it out of screen shares and recordings in Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and the rest, so presenting your screen never shows it.

After the call

The follow-up is already written

Every meeting is saved in your history in the app and on your dashboard, with the notes, the transcript and your notepad. From there, the next step is one click.

Follow-ups in one click

Turn the notes into a follow-up email, a Slack recap or a task list with owners and due dates, ready to paste. Drafts are written from the checked notes, not the raw transcript.

  • Picks up where the last one left offContinue a previous meeting and its notes come into the new one, so this week’s 1:1 knows what last week’s agreed.
  • Templates per meeting typeEach meeting type has its own template, which shapes how answers sound and adds its own sections to the notes. Standups get Done / In progress / Blockers. Write your own templates too.
Three steps

Set up in under a minute

It's the same InterviewPilot app. Meetings have their own tab and their own setup.

  1. 1

    Open the Meetings tab

Install the Windows 10 (2004+) and Windows 11 app, sign in and choose New Meeting. It sits next to New Interview.

  2. 2

    Tell it about the meeting

Pick the meeting type and, if you like, paste the agenda, name the people and jot what you worked on. All of it is optional.

  3. 3

    Join your call

Start it and join as usual. The overlay stays out of the share, and the notes land in your history when you finish.

Questions

Meetings, answered

Is meeting mode free?

Yes, while it’s in beta. Every account, free plan included, can run 4 meetings a day, up to 2 hours each. Meetings don’t use interview sessions, credits or the free-plan cooldown.

How is a meeting different from an interview session?

Same app, same invisible overlay, different job. Interview sessions write answers for you to give. Meetings keep notes, tell you when you’re asked something, track the agenda and draft your updates and follow-ups. You pick one or the other when you start a session.

Can other people on the call see it?

No. Meetings use the same Windows capture exclusion as interviews, so the overlay stays out of screen shares and recordings in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles and Discord.

Does it know who is speaking?

It separates the voices on the call into speakers and matches voices so labels stay stable through the meeting. Name a speaker once and the transcript and notes use that name. Names don’t carry over to the next meeting yet.

Where do my notes go?

Into your meeting history in the app and on your dashboard, with the transcript, your notepad and one-click follow-ups. From there you can ask questions across all your past meetings.

Which meetings does it work for?

Any call that plays through your Windows audio. There are templates for Standup, 1:1, Onboarding, Client call, Demo / review, Class / lecture, and you can write your own.

Your next meeting, handled

Free during the beta, on the app you may already have installed.

Interviewing?

InterviewPilot started as an interview assistant, and that’s still what it does best.

Live answers and working code in about a second, for DSA, system design and HR rounds.
