Your real-time interview copilot
A Windows desktop overlay that listens to your live interview, reads the coding screen, and streams back a structured answer — grounded in your resume, invisible to screen shares.
What a copilot actually does during a round
An interview copilot's job is narrow and specific: while an interview is actually happening, it listens to the conversation and, if there's a coding component, reads the problem off your screen. It then returns a structured response — not a wall of text, but an answer shaped for the question type in front of you — onto an overlay only you can see.
InterviewPilot combines live, speaker-separated transcription with full-screen analysis, so it understands both what's being said and what's being shown — a distinction that matters, because a copilot that only reads audio can't help with an on-screen DSA problem, and one that only reads the screen misses spoken clarifying questions and follow-ups.
Grounded in your actual background
Generic answers sound generic, and interviewers notice. Upload your resume and paste the job description once, and every response is written from your real projects and vocabulary instead of a search-engine-flavored summary — which also matters if you're asked a follow-up question, because an answer you can actually recognize as your own is one you can defend.
Three response formats, matched to the question
A behavioral question and a live coding problem need different shapes of answer. InterviewPilot supports three: concise for a fast, direct response, explained for the reasoning behind it, and STAR for a properly structured behavioral story — see our guide to the STAR method for how to use that format well.
